RMJ RETURN POLICY
You can cancel an order anytime before it has been shipped by us or within 7 days of delivery, as per the return time frame Applicable.
For any applicable refund, it will be made to the same mode of payment used to place the order within 3 working days. ( Except Monday , Sunday & Bank Holidays)
Any order that is cancelled after it has been shipped by us, we will make the refund for the amount due within two weeks of receiving the products back at Ratna Mani JewellersTM office and verifying that it is Undamaged & Unused . Refund will be made to the same mode of payment that was used for placing the Order.
Please note, for COD orders, refund will be made in the form of cheque issued to the same name as the one used for placing the order. For a refund of over Rs 25,000 we will require the customer to submit their PAN number.
